To ensure a smooth navigation, please set your GPS or navigation system to “OWRA Club” to avoid any confusion or getting lost. We are located approximately 300 meters after turning right at the end of the Xiwai Bridge on the ninth section of Huanzhong Road. Our facility is situated alongside a country road and can be identified by the presence of hangars.

flight safety
1. Each vehicle is equipped with a Mobile DVR that can transmit real-time footage, location, altitude, speed, and heading data to the ground screen.
2. The assigned ground personnel will continuously monitor the footage and maintain contact at least every 15 minutes.
3. We provide sufficient power to support the radio communication system, ensuring that its usage does not interfere with the operation of other electronic systems.

Ancellation and Refund Policy for Purchases via Our Website
一、In the event of weather conditions or factors on our side that result in the need to reschedule or cancel the flight experience, we will proactively notify you.
1、Free rescheduling: You can reschedule your flight experience once, free of charge, within three months from the original booking date.
2、 Refund with deduction: If you choose to cancel the reservation, a refund can be issued, but a handling fee of NT$30 will be deducted from the refund amount, which will be the buyer’s responsibility.
二、In the event of customer-related reasons or unforeseen circumstances that require rescheduling or cancellation
1、 Notification within seven days before the scheduled flight date (excluding the day of the flight experience) will not incur any charges.
Example: If you have booked a flight experience for December 11th, you can notify us of any changes or cancellations on or before December 3rd.
2、 Changes or cancellations made between seven days and one day prior to the flight:
Example: If you have booked a flight experience for December 11th, you can notify us of any changes or cancellations between December 4th and December 10th.
– Cancellation: A cancellation made within this period will incur a 30% deduction from the total amount paid, and a handling fee of NT$30 will be the buyer’s responsibility.
– Free rescheduling: You can reschedule your flight experience once, free of charge, within three months from the original booking date.
– After using the free rescheduling option once, if you wish to cancel the reservation, a 30% deduction from the total amount paid and a handling fee of NT$30 will be applied for the refund.
三、Cancellation and Refund
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days. Once the refund has been initiated, you will be notified accordingly.
四、 If you did not make the purchase through our website but instead purchased the flight experience through a partnering platform, please contact the platform directly for information regarding their cancellation and refund policies.
哪些身體狀況不建議飛行呢？
Which physical conditions are not recommended for flying?
患有癲癇、心臟病、高血壓、中耳炎、嚴重懼高症、懷孕，及易發生暈車暈機等症狀者，不適合搭乘載具飛行，應主動告知工作人員。敝司離最近的中型醫院(烏日林新)至少12.6公里、醫院中心(中山醫院大慶院區)至少11公里，視交通狀況至少需20-40分的車程，是故請僅慎評估身體狀況喔。
People with epilepsy, heart disease, high blood pressure, otitis media, severe fear of heights, pregnancy, and those prone to motion sickness are not suitable for flying on vehicles and should proactively inform the staff. Our company is at least 12.6 kilometers away from the nearest medium-sized hospital (Wurilinxin) and the hospital center (Zhongshan Hospital Daqing Campus) at least 11 kilometers away. It takes at least 20-40 minutes to drive depending on the traffic conditions, so please evaluate your physical condition carefully.
飛行方案的差別在哪？
The differences in flight programs are as follows
A方案：20分鐘飛霧峰、芬園、八卦山脈一帶，
B方案：40分鐘飛南投松柏嶺、彰化田中一帶，
C方案：60分鐘飛到彰濱，鹿港、麥寮工業區再回頭。
D方案：提供滿15歲之體驗者於地面滑行
Option A : 20 minutes of flying over the Wufeng, Fenyuan, and Bagua hill areas.
Option B : 40 minutes of flying over the Songboling area in Nantou and the Tianzhong area in Changhua.
Option C : 60 minutes of flying to Changbin, Lukang, and Mailiao Industrial Zone before returning.
Option D : Provides ground taxiing experience for participants who are at least 15 years old.

Do you have insurance coverage?
Our company strictly adheres to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration,MOTC. According to Article 30 of the regulations on the management of ultralight vehicles, “all persons operating ultralight vehicles must take out public liability insurance for any injury, death, or damage caused to third parties excluding the operator.”
你們的交通方式及選擇？
1、搭高鐵至高鐵台中站再轉搭計程車前往，單程約$440(最快)
2、台中火車站搭台鐵至「烏日站」再轉搭計程車前往(台鐵烏日站比台鐵新烏日站近3公里)
3、騎車/開車：
台中火車站騎到旺偉航空約30-40分鐘
台鐵烏日站騎機車到旺偉約需20-30分
高鐵台中站/台鐵新烏日站騎機車到旺偉約需30-40分
4、搭公車 245(從高鐵站可搭)、281 號亦可。
此為健身路線，因公車班次極少且無直達，於最近站點溪南派出所下車後需走2公里左右(至少要走30分鐘)；
派出所前亦有yubike可租用，約需騎15~20分鐘。
5、若自行開車前來，導航請設「旺偉休閒航空」，設定地址會迷路喔
6、敝公司附設停車場，若遇飛機起降，將有地勤人員管制交通，請放心進入
Our transportation options and recommendations are as follows:
1、Taking the High-Speed Rail (HSR): You can take the HSR to Taichung Station and then transfer to a taxi to reach our location. The one-way fare is approximately 440 NTD. This is the fastest option.
2、Taking the Train: If you arrive at Taichung Railway Station, you can take the regular train to “Wuri Station” and then transfer to a taxi. Please note that Wuri Station is about 3 kilometers closer to our location compared to Xinwuri Station.
3、Riding a bike or driving:
It takes approximately 30-40 minutes to ride a scooter from Taichung Railway Station to our location.
From Wuri Station, it takes about 20-30 minutes to ride a scooter to our location.
From Taichung HSR Station or Xinwuri Station, it takes approximately 30-40 minutes to ride a scooter to our location.
4、 Taking the bus:
Bus numbers 245 (from HSR Station) and 281 are also available.
Please note that these bus routes have limited frequency and no direct route.
You will need to get off at the nearest station, Xinan Police Station, and walk for about 2 kilometers (at least a 30-minute walk) to reach our location.
There are also yubike rentals available in front of the police station, which takes about 15-20 minutes to ride.
5、 If you are driving, please set your navigation to “旺偉休閒航空” to avoid getting lost.
6、 Our company has a parking lot on-site. In case of aircraft takeoff or landing, ground staff will be present to control traffic, so you can safely enter the premises.
我們有輔導考取飛行執照
We do offer guidance for obtaining a pilot’s certificate.
旺偉學員考照（普）簡介
一、費用：$210000元/人
二、術科：23小時（民航局規定20小時即可考普通操作證照）
三、學員確定學飛即刻加入旺偉LINE群組，即可在群組內預約飛行(每日0900-1700）
四、學科與術科不衝突，學科第一次二小時上完後，即可開始術科（飛行）訓練。

Introduction to OWRA Student Certificate (General)
1. The cost is 210,000 NT dollars per person..
2. Flight Training Hours: 23 hours (Civil Aviation Administration requires a minimum of 20 hours for a general operating certificate).
3. Once enrolled, students will be added to the OWRA FLIGHT TRAINING LINE group, where they can schedule their flights between 09:00 and 17:00 daily.
4. The theoretical and practical training sessions do not overlap. After completing the first two hours of theory, students can begin their practical flight training.
5. The 20-hour theoretical curriculum approved by the Civil Aviation Administration includes the following subjects:
– Relevant Regulations: 2 hours
– Names of various parts of the aircraft: 2 hours
- Weight and Balance: 2 hours
– Basic Meteorology: 3 hours
– Flight Safety and Penalties: 6 hours
– Flight Maneuvers Explanation: 2 hours
– Air Traffic Control Communication: 2 hours
– Assessment: 1 hour

換裝拍照標準
Standards for dressing up and taking photos
1. 體驗飛行20分鐘/位，可附帶2位同伴免費換衣拍照；
體驗飛行40分鐘/位，可附帶5位同伴免費換衣拍照；
體驗飛行60分鐘/位，可附帶7位同伴免費換衣拍照；
任一方案每增一人換衣拍照酌收$300/位。
The flight experience is 20 minutes per person, and 2 companions can change clothes and take photos for free;
The flight experience is 40 minutes per person, and 5 companions can change clothes and take photos for free;
The flight experience is 60 minutes per person, and 7 companions can change clothes and take photos for free;
Each additional person in any plan will be charged $500 per person for changing clothes and taking photos.
2. 純換衣拍照不體驗飛行，酌收$500/位。
If you only change clothes and take pictures without experiencing the flight, you will be charged $500 per person.
3. 以上皆使用藍天使拍照，需與現場預約顧客輪流使用。
All of the above are taken using Blue Angel, which must be used in turn with on-site reservation customers.
4. 包機拍攝專機專用收費$8800/時。
The exclusive charge for chartered flight shooting is $8800/hour.
5. 10人以上團體未預約者佔用場地將視時間長短酌收場地租賃費用
If a group of more than 10 people occupies the venue without making a reservation, venue rental fees will be charged depending on the length of time.
